  • Specify the reason why you want to quit smoking.

Why you want to quit smoking? Choose strong reason for not smoking anymore.
Choose a reason to quit smoking that comes from within ourselves, for example: because smoking can damage the health of yourself and even others. Smoking can kill you whenever and wherever you're.
  • Don't be too easy to state that you have quit smoking!

Why we shouldn't be easy to state that we have quit smoking? because 95% of smokers who trying to quit smoking without therapy or medication, going to smoke again. It takes time for you to eliminate the smoking habit.
  • Try nicotine replacement therapy

For example by using the nicotine lozenge, this method can reduce our dependence on cigarettes gradually.
My grandfather has been doing this method, and he was able to eliminate his dependence on cigarettes.
  • Asks for support from those around you

Tell your family, relatives, or friends that you're trying to quit smoking. combine this method with  the method of nicotine replacement therapy will increase your chances to successfully quit smoking.
  • Manage stress

 If you're stressed, do not escape the attention of the cigarettes, but try to do anything else useful. Such as, listening to relaxing music, doing some sports, reading books, or the other. Essentially, don not relieve stress by smoking.
  • Multiply eat fruits and vegetables

 Eating lots of fruits and vegetables will make you avoid cigarettes. In addition, you also will live better because you get nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is better than smoking. So, instead of our money runs out because of the smoke is better  we used to buy fruits and vegetables.
  • Think, how many benefits of quit smoking

So many benefits of quit smoking. For example, you will be more efficient, protected from various diseases such as heart disease, cancer, respiratory illness, and much more. Do not doubt to immediately quit smoking because you will get many benefits if you stop smoking.

The reason why a smoker easily gets adopted in using these Electronic devices is the fact these Electric Cigarettes look and taste almost like a tobacco cigarette but dont contain any mixture of chemical and tars.....
